ProArt Print Wax
ProArt Print Wax is a light-cured resin for stereolithography 3D printing. Due to the good burn-out properties, this material is suitable for the production of casting objects such as crowns, long-span bridges and model cast frameworks.
In the press technology, ProArt Print Wax is the ideal auxiliary material for use with IPS e.max Press: Single objects, such as inlays or onlays, can be produced using this material. In addition, it can be used to print wax trees with the help of the software add-on "Digital Wax Tree” from 3Shape.
Excellent burn-out properties
ProArt Print Wax is suitable for both pressing and casting restorative work. The material burns out reliably without causing tension. The high quality of the burn-out process enhances the accuracy of fit and, by extension, the success rate of casting or pressing restorations. Textures and surface details are faithfully reproduced, reducing the need for reworking. With the structures being easily visible, fatigue-free working is possible.
Objects printed from ProArt Print Wax are robust and therefore easy to handle. This is particularly advantageous when removing the printed objects from the build platform: The objects are easy and quick to separate from the base without becoming distorted.
Essential part of the PrograPrint system
ProArt Print Wax has been especially developed for dental applications. The material is suitable for use with the PrograPrint® PR5 3D printer. All steps of the printing procedure, including cleaning (PrograPrint Clean) and post-curing (PrograPrint Cure), are optimally coordinated with each other. This increases the reliability and reproducibility of the production process.
